Yorkshire-based company The Insurance Emporium were finalists at the prestigious UK Customer Experience Awards 2018 in the ‘Transforming the Customer Experience’ category recently. Battling it out in the final seven, against companies such as Lloyds Banking Group, Paymentsense and Vodafone UK, the challenging final presentations culminated in a glitzy gala dinner, held at Wembley Stadium, during which the award winners were announced.
The annual UK Customer Experience Awards are the world’s largest customer-experience event of its type, with some 100 companies being shortlisted in 22 categories.
The Insurance Emporium presented their case before a panel of judges, setting out the many transformational measures the company had taken to ensure best customer experience possible. These included improving the customer journey through an easy-to-use, jargon free website and the development of a customer portal.
