AD:VENTURE: Enhancing Resilience in Business
Resilience is defined as the ability to bounce back from adversity, frustration, and misfortune and is essential for the effective leader. This workshop will teach you practical and proven psychology tools that will improve your own resilience in difficult situations so that you can remain in good mental health. The aim of this session is to help you recognise when you might need support and to develop self-confidence and motivation. This workshop will identify ways in which you can enhance your own resilience within the business context.
Through a series of workshop activities, we will explore over the 2 sessions:
• What is resilience?
• Why is it important for business success?
• Understanding the impact of uncertainty
• Strategies to manage stress and build resilience
• Reflecting forward
Tailored materials will be provided for you to work on between sessions to encourage reflective practice and facilitate meaningful discussions
