Story Craft Theatre has been running since 2018 delivering weekly storytelling classes, birthday parties, theatre shows, school workshops and more. It is made up of two professional actors and theatre-makers, Cassie Vallance and Janet Bruce.
Our Theatre in education sessions can work for EYFS, KS1 and KS2. We have worked with small groups within classes, to whole year groups. Previous sessions have included:
Craft and storytelling sessions based on a current theme that is being taught
Storytelling shows looking at different emotions and big feelings
Sensory workshops and stories
Big celebratory adventure shows using our party themes as a base
World Book day experiences
Theatre performances from a list of our productions
Bespoke workshops
Our productions have music, songs, Makaton signs, different characters, puppets and games. We can also offer craft making activities as well.
We are also happy to supply an introduction video prior to any event if it would be of benefit for any child.
