Below is a list of workshops I can offer as individual sessions or as a series of workshops:
- Workshops where participants can explore and develop new theatre skills, for example, playwrighting, improvisation, directing, acting and devising.
- Workshops where I use theatre as an educational tool to explore a topic at your request. This allows for a school curriculum topic to be explored through creative outlets.
- My workshops can combine arts and crafts sessions with theatre skills, for example, making a piece of art based on a particular subject and then producing a piece of theatre inspired by this.
- Empowering and educational workshops about topics that are not explored through the school curriculum, for example, body image, self-confidence, healthy decision-making.
- SEND specific sessions. These are accessible and relaxed sessions, that can be theatre-based, or explore a topic at your request.
- I can create connections between your school and local community provisions. As an example, I was lead facilitator on an intergenerational project for Woven Nest Theatre Company (Newcastle) in 2022. This connected a local primary school with a local care home, teaching the children theatre and social skills, and bringing the care home residents entertainment and joy.
